Family – whether you grew up as an only child or in a big crowd, family brings joy, sorrow, and opportunities to learn.

Co-workers – regardless of your position, whether the CEO, or a customer representative, you have the power to change each interaction for the better.

Friends – you know there are times that you just want to point them in the right direction but they just won’t listen, yet you still love them.

Learning from our experiences draws us closer together. Mistakes, successes, and the love we feel helps define who we become. We are here to help you discover how your family can teach you valuable lessons from their experiences.

Mark and Jolene Fincher have learned to learn from lessons their ancestors, co-workers, and friends have to teach them, and in learning those lessons, come to love them more.
